Looking after our psychological wellbeing during menopause can be challenging. Resilience levels can lower because we are often so busy taking care of everything and everyone around us. This can lead to high levels of stress, which have a negative impact on our ability to manage menopause symptoms. Therefore self-care, kindness and resilience to stress are so important. Having tools to help us manage our psychological, as well as our physical symptoms, increases our capacity take better care of ourselves and others.
