Inspirational Menopause Friendly members are taking on the Rt Hon Caroline Nokes MP’s challenge to #FindAFriend and double the number of menopause friendly employers by World Menopause Day 2023.

Having seen the benefits for themselves, they are leading change nationally by buddying up with us to host our 6th year of Menopause Friendly roadshows across the UK to share, educate and encourage employers far and wide to become menopause friendly.
