Gain “Committed to being menopause friendly” status, and access to the Menopause Friendly standards

STEP 2: Make use of exclusive member resources

Depending on your membership type, you’ll gain access to a library of best-practice menopause policies, monthly webinars on each of the accreditation pillars, specialist masterclasses, ready-made engagement toolkits and more to support you on your journey.

STEP 3: Apply for The Menopause Friendly Accreditation

When you’re ready, submit your application for the Menopause Friendly Accreditation. Our Independent Panel of experts will review your application, and provide detailed feedback whatever the outcome.

STEP 4: Celebrate your success

Congratulations: when you achieve The Menopause Friendly Accreditation, you’re one of the leading employers changing the lived experience of those working through menopause. You’ll need to reapply for accreditation every 3 years to demonstrate sustainable change.
