With so much stigma and taboo surrounding the topic, in particular at work, many people suffer in silence and just try to “get on with it”. This often means people place themselves last, without time to explore the positive impact that mindset and self care can have. Having tools and approaches to help people understand and manage their mindset, in a way that is right for us, is a powerful tool.
It is estimated that 1 in 10 women and those assigned female at birth are currently living with endometriosis. The aim of this session is to enable you to understand what endometriosis is and understand how this may affect people.
